Would you like automatic alerts? With a Listing Cart, you will see properties meeting your personal criteria. You can opt to receive email alerts when new property listings come on the market, or simply login whenever you want. One of our broker associates will be happy to enter your property search criteria into our MLS.

Saving your property searches

The current WNC MLS service does not offer the customer the option to receive automatic alerts. That ability is only available via agent set-up. However, you can select the send email option to the left of your screen and email the search link to yourself. The search link will save your criteria. Of course, we are happy to set up a personalized search in the MLS for you. If you prefer that option, please refer to New Property Listing Alerts above.
